Bahan:
- 500 gram udang kupas, buang kepala
- 4 papan petai
- 2 buah tomat, potong-potong
- 4 lembar daun jeruk purut
- 1 sendok the garam
- 1 sendok makan gula pasir
- 1 sendok makan air asam
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Udang Patai Balado:
- Cuci bersih udang tiriskan. Goreng hingga matang, angkat, sisihkan
- Tumis bumbu halus harum. Masukkan petai, tomat, air asam, daun jeruk, garam, gula pasir. Aduk rata. Masak hingga matang
- Masukkan udang goreng, aduk rata. Angkat
- Angkat
