RESEP MASAKAN TOMATO CHOCOLATE CAKE
RESEP MASAKAN TOMATO CHOCOLATE CAKE
Bahan:
4 sdm krim kental
4 sdm susu cair
125 gr milk chocolate, cincang
150 gr gula palm
125 gr mentega tawar
165 gr gula pasir
2 butir kuning telur
3 butir putih telur, kocok kaku
300 gr terigu
1 sdt vanili
½ sdt baking powder
¼ sdt garam
200 gr tomat, haluskan
Milk chocolate icing:
125 gr milk chocolate, lelehkan
200 gr mentega tawar
400 gr gula halus
Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Tomato Chocolate Cake:
1. Panaskan krim kental, susu cair, angkat. Masukkan cokelat dan gula palm, aduk hingga larut.
2. Kocok mentega, gula pasir hingga lembut. Masukkan kuning telur, kocok hingga rata.
3. Masukkan terigu, vanili, baking powder, dan garam. Aduk rata.
4. Masukkan campuran susu, tomat. Aduk rata. Tambahkan putih telur, aduk rata kembali.
5. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah dioles mentega. Oven 180 derajat Celsius, 45 menit hingga matang.
6. Milk chocolate icing: kocok mentega, gula halus, milk cokelat, hingga lembut.
7. Oles cake dengan icing cokelat. Potong-potong, sajikan.
Hasil: 10 porsi
