RESEP MASAKAN PEAR & NANAS PANGGANG
Bahan-bahan:
a. 2 buah pear, kupas, potong-potong
b. 1 buah nanas, kupas, potong dadu
c. 1 buah jeruk lemon, peras air
d. 50 gram gula palem
Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Pear & Nanas Panggang:
1. Siapkan mangkuk muffin / mangkuk tahan panas, olesi dengan mentega. Sisihkan.
2. Lumuri pear dengan air jeruk lemon, diamkan 15 menit.
3. Masukkan potongan pear an nans ke dalam mangkuk, taburi dengan gula palem.
4. Oven 180° Celcius, 25 menit hingga matang.
Hasil: 4 Porsi
