RESEP MASAKAN KAPRI CAH DAGING SAPI
Bahan:
1 sdm mentega
2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
½ buah bawang bombay, cincang halus
200 gr daging sapi, iris, iris tipis, memanjang
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap manis
150 gr kapri
1 buah tomat, potong-potong
1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis
Merica bubuk, gula, garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Kapri Cah Daging Sapi:
1. Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan irisan daging sapi. Aduk rata hingga berubah warna
2. Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, merica, gula, garam. Aduk rata, tambahkan kapri, tomat, daun bawang. Aduk hingga matang
3. Sisakan segera selagi panas.
