RESEP MASAKAN BOTOK IKAN TONGKOL CUE
Bahan:
250 gr daging ikan tongkol cue, cuci, pootng-potong
Bumbu halus:
4 butir kemiri
6 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 bh tomat
3 bh cabai merah
Garam, gula secukupnya
4 bh belimbing sayur, iris-iris
Cabai rawit utuh sesuai selera
3 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai, memarkan
Daun pisang, biting
Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Botok Ikan Tongkol Cue:
- Ikan Tingkol dicampur dengan bumbu halus.
- Siapkan daun pisang. Lapisi salam. Isi dengan 2 sdm ikan bumbu. Beri belimbing sayur, cabai rawit. Taruh 1 potong serai. Sematkan.
- Kukus 25 menit sampai matang.
