RESEP MAKANAN BUBUR COCKTAIL
RESEP MAKANAN BUBUR COCKTAIL
Bahan:
20 gram, jail rendam ½ matang
5 gram jamur putih, rendam, potong-potong
10 gram lengkeng kering (disupermarket)
50 gram biji teratai, rendam
50 gram pakco (dapat beli ditoko obat china), buang kulit, rendam 10 menit
1 liter air
1 potong kulit jeruk kering (dapat beli di supermarket)
2 lembar daun pandan
100 gram gula batu
Cara Membuat Resep Makanan Bubur cocktail:
- Masak air hingga mendidih. Masak jali, lengkeng keriting, teratai, pakco, kulit jeruk, daun pandan, jamur putih
- Masak dengan api kecil 40 menit
- Tambahkan gula batu, masak hingga gula larut. Angkat
- Hidangkan
Untuk 30 porsi
