RESEP FETTUCCINI DAGING BUMBU KECAP
Bahan:
300 gram fettuccini, rebus matang
400 gram daging sapi sanding lamur, potong-potong
2 lembar daun salam
2 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
1 buah tomat, potong-potong
5 sdm kecap manis
750 ml air
2 sdm minyak goreng
Bumbu halus:
10 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 ruas jari jahe
½ sdt merica butiran
¼ buah pala
Garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat Resep Fettuccini Daging Bumbu Kecap :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumisan bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas hingga harum.
2. Masukkan daging, masak hingga berubah warna. Tuang air, masak hingga mendidih.
3. Beri kecap, tomat. Masak hingga daging matang dan kuah berkurang. Angkat
4. Letakkan fettuccini dalam piring saji, tuang daging bumbu kecap atasnya. Sajikan.
Hasil: 4 porsi
