Resep Daging Masak Bawang Merah
Bahan – Bahan :
½ buah bawang Bombay iris memanjang
20 butir bawang merah kecil utuh
500 gr daging sapi has dalam, iris tipis
2 buah tomat, potong-potong
2 sdm saus tomat
Garam gula secukupnya
1 sdt lada hitam, tumbuk kasar
8 buah jagung putren, potong-potong
50 gram kapri, bersihkan seratnya
700 ml air
2 sdm minyak goreng
Cara Memasak Resep Daging Masak Bawang Merah :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang Bombay, bawang merah hingga harum
2. Masukkan tomat, saus tomat, garam, gula, lada hitam. Aduk rata
3. Tuang air, masak hingga daging matang. Tambahkan jagung putren, kapri. Masak hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan
