<p><strong>Cara membuat resep masakan Bistik Daging (<em>Demiglace Sauce</em>):</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>Demiglace Sauce:</em></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Tulang iga sapi atau urat disate atau di gongso tanpa minyak atau di      oven, sampai tulang tersebut kering dan berwarna cokelat</li>
<li>Masukkan sayuran seperti: daun bawang, wortel, seledri, bawang bombay      dan tomat dan masukkan kembali kedalam oven sambil sesekali diaduk</li>
<li>Setelah sayuran layu, tambahkan air secukupnya dan didihkan lebih      kurang 6 jam, angkat dan saring.</li>
<li>Tambahkan sedikit campuran tepung terigu dan mentega agar kental</li>
</ol>
<p><strong><em>Bistik:</em></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Ambil daging dan pipihkan. Campurkan lada putih dan garam, taburkan      pada dua sisi secara merata</li>
<li>Hancurkan lada htam tapi jangan terlalu halus dan taburkan pada satu      sisi saja. Diamkan sesaat</li>
<li>Panaskan pan dan beri mentega. Setelah cukup panas, masukkan daging      dan sesekali dibolak – balik agar matangnya merata menurut selera. 10 – 15      menit untuk setengah matang, jangan gunakan api yang terlalu besar</li>
<li>Letakkan daging di atas piring dan siram dengan saus <em>demiglace</em></li>
<li>Jika suka, dapat ditaburkan sedikit lada hitam yang sudah dihancurkan<em> </em></li>

<li><strong>Saus Bechamel: </strong>panaskan mentega, masukkan terigu, aduk rata. Tuang susu cair, krim kental. Masak hingga matang dan mengental, angkat.</li>
